Job Overview The Billing Specialist is responsible for creating and sending out accurate invoices for products purchased by our customers, as well as credits for invoice corrections or returns.
In addition to this task, you will be responsible for reviewing and correcting any invoices that have missing information, errors, or margin alerts.
You will work with other departments to resolve these issues and update the system as necessary to process the invoice.
Responsibilities Create and Send out accurate invoices in a timely manner Review Margin report to identify pricing that needs to be reviewed before invoicing Work with other departments to correct any errors or omissions preventing invoices from generating Manage invoicing process including batch processing system Ensure process compliance with applicable corporate policies.
Review current processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Assist with the management of consignment inventory reports and monthly invoicing Minimum Qualifications Excellent oral, grammar, and written capabilities Strong focus on customer satisfaction, execution, and accountability to company profits/goals Proven capabilities to use problem-solving and other analytical processes to resolves issues Self-managing/motivating Excellent time-management abilities and the ability to prioritize work based on importance Teamwork Orientation SAP experience required, S4 HANA experience preferred Proven ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
High School diploma or GED Physical Demands & Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
