com is a fast paced, team-centric screen print & eCommerce fulfillment shop in need of help ranging from seasonal to permanent.
We are looking to fill positions from entry level t-shirt catching and folding, to potentially adding a Shop Manager, and anything in-between.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9 am-5pm but flexible for the right candidate, and plenty of opportunity for overtime! Salary:
No experience is necessary, but will limit the starting pay to $12/hr.
Persons with some experience will start at $15/hr.
More than 3 years experience start at $18/hr.
Skilled screen printer with experience and the ability to potentially manage the shop will start at $20-$30+/hr depending on his or her own skillset.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the printing industry and a desire to learn & contribute to a creative and collaborative work environment for an established company that values it's team above the bottom line.
We just launched an eCommerce platform that is showing the potential to accelerate growth rapidly, and need to begin staffing to meet the new demands.
We operate Automatic & Manual presses, Embroidery, Flat & Cap presses, and soon DTF.
Ongoing Training &
Responsibilities:
Catch, Fold & Pack Garments Clean Screens Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials Prepare and set up screens, inks, and other necessary supplies for printing Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure optimal performance Keep track of inventory levels and order necessary supplies Other job duties as assigned not limited to above Qualifications & Skills We are Looking For:
Previous experience in screen printing is a plus but not required.
Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability & Desire to learn, contribute & work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on production needs.
