Located just west of Charlotte in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, our warehouse ships various textile products worldwide.
Our warehouse inventory consists primarily of quilting materials (cotton prints and broadcloth, batting, binding, etc).
We also carry apparel fabrics, home decor, event planning goods, and special occasion/bridal fabrics.

We genuinely care about each of our customers and go out of our way to provide friendly, personalized service and ongoing support! Duties - Customer Service - Receive and process incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner - Verify the contents of incoming shipments against the accompanying documentation - Inspect packages for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor - Sort, label, and organize received items for efficient storage and retrieval - Enter received items into Quickbooks - Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to established procedures - Ensure that all outgoing shipments are properly labeled and documented - Operate RF scanners to track inventory movement and update records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment - Maintain a clean and organized receiving area Requirements - Proficiency in QuickBooks - Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving role preferred - Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP systems, and RF scanners - Knowledge of order picking, packing, and shipping processes - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) - Ability to stand for most of the day and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Note:
